What your booking includes.
Setup and breakdown time sit outside your reserved hours, so your event gets the full window you booked.

Decorating
Make it yours — within reason.
Decorations are genuinely welcome. These few limits keep the room in shape for the next booking.
Go ahead
- Bring your own décor, signage, balloons and table settings
- Rearrange tables and chairs — just return them to where they started
- Use painter’s tape or removable adhesives, with prior approval
- Bring outside food and non-alcoholic beverages
Not permitted
- Nails, screws, staples, thumbtacks or permanent adhesives
- Glitter, confetti, loose sequins, rice, birdseed, confetti cannons, smoke bombs or powder
- Open flames, candles or pyrotechnics without written approval
- Smoking or vaping anywhere inside the building
If alcohol is involved
Serving alcohol in the space.
Oklahoma law sets most of this, and the rest keeps everyone’s insurance intact.
- Alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured bartender — ours, unless another arrangement is approved in advance
- All alcohol arrives either delivered by an approved liquor store or brought by you in original, sealed containers
- The host stays responsible for guests drinking responsibly
Smoke-free facility
The building is 100% smoke-free and vape-free inside. Smoking and vaping happen in designated outdoor areas only, with waste disposed of properly.
Evidence of smoking inside — odor, residue or damage — carries a minimum $100 cleaning fee and can end the rental.
Cancellations
7 or more days out: 50% of rental fees refunded, less the non-refundable booking deposit.
Within 7 days: non-refundable unless we approve otherwise. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Tables and counters you used, so the room is ready for the next booking. A $50 minimum cleaning fee applies if it isn’t.
