Mixer packages

Mixers aren’t included in the bar packages. Add a tier and we bring everything your cocktails need.

* Red Bull and ginger beer are excluded from all mixer packages and must be purchased separately.

Step three

Upgrades & add-ons

Only pay for what your event actually needs.

  • Split bar / extra bartender $200

    A second bar or an additional bartender for the entire event.

  • Travel fee $150

    For venues an hour and a half or more from Owasso. Covers travel expenses and bartender drive time.

  • Bar move / cocktail hour transition $150

    Start outside and move inside (or the reverse), or transition drinks from cocktail hour to reception.

  • Open bar / 4+ signature cocktails $500

    For a full open bar or more than three signature drinks. Covers the extra equipment a bigger build requires.

  • Specialty items $300

    Custom cups, napkins or straws matched to your theme or colors.

  • Specialty garnishes $150

    Upgraded garnishes — dried citrus wheels, cherries, mint sprigs, rosemary and more.

  • Extra serving time $50 / 30 min

    Added on to the three hours included in your package.

  • Add-on mocktail service $70 / hour

    Adds zero-proof service to an alcoholic package. Depending on setup and length, this may require an additional bar or bartender.

Booking

Deposits and cancellations.

The terms you’ll see in the agreement, published here so nothing is a surprise at signing.

  • Deposit $100 due at booking, non-refundable — this is what holds your date
  • Balance Due before the event, on the date set in your agreement
  • Cancelling In writing, by email
  • More than 90 days out Refund of amounts paid, less the deposit
  • Under 30 days out No refund is issued

If we have to cancel

In extreme circumstances — severe weather, unsafe working conditions — we may have to cancel. If that happens, you get a full refund, deposit included.

A note on overtime

Extra serving time booked in advance runs $50 per 30 minutes, as listed above. Overtime requested on the night is subject to staff availability and is billed at a different rate — we’ll confirm it with you before anyone stays on.

What isn’t in the price.

Being straight about this up front saves everyone a difficult conversation later.

  • Alcohol. Oklahoma licensing means we serve it but don’t sell it. You buy it — we’ll tell you exactly what and how much.
  • Mixers. Not in the bar packages, but our mixer tiers above cover them at a good rate.
  • Red Bull and ginger beer. Excluded from every mixer package and purchased separately.

Ready when you are

Hold your date with a deposit.

Quotes are free and usually come back the same day. A deposit locks the calendar.
